I am an out-of-network provider for most major insurance plans, which means that I do not file a claim against your insurance. I will collect my entire fee from you at the time of service and provide you with an invoice or Superbill to submit to your insurance company. You will receive compensation directly from your insurance company for the portion of my fees that are covered by your plan. This allows me to focus my time on helping you and maximizing your treatment outcomes.
As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide good faith estimates for uninsured or self-pay individuals. The good faith estimate shows the costs of services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This will be provided to you as requested, but does not include unexpected costs that could arise during the process.
Any service that is court-related or administrative cannot be reimbursed by your insurance and is subject to additional fees.
